How to add Glow on images
Using Box Blur
Using Gaussian Blur
Using Motion Blur
Using Radial Blur
TIPS for all the tutorials mentioned above;
Play with the blending modes.
Play with the settings for every blur.
Have a strong sense of what kind of blur will look best on what kind of image.
Use/do coloring which will enhance the glow effect.

Fever and cold caught me good this time ...
